Creative Vistas, Inc. Acquires Approximately 10% Stake in Cable Servicing Firm 180 Connect

Creative Vistas, Inc. today announced that it has acquired approximately a 10% stake in 180 Connect Inc., an Englewood, Colorado-based company with over $280 Million in revenues for the first nine months of 2007, that provides installation, integration and fulfillment services to satellite and cable system operators in the U.S. and Canada.

The purchase was an all-stock transaction in which Creative Vistas acquired approximately 2.65 million shares of 180 Connect held by an institutional investor.
