Creative Vistas, Inc. Announces Multi-Year Contract with Major U.S. Cable Company

Creative Vistas, Inc. today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract with one of the largest cable and media companies in the United States.

Under the terms of the contract, Creative Vistas, through its Cancable Inc. subsidiary, will perform installation, customer service and fulfillment for this multi-billion dollar cable and media conglomerate in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding communities, including Gastonia, Shelby, Monroe, Kannapolis, Albemarle, Salisbury, Statesville, Monroesville and Rockingham. It will be using its certified trainers to instruct local technicians in this new client’s triple-play installation of video, voice and telephony services.

“We are extremely pleased with the progress of our U.S. expansion efforts thus far,” said Creative Vistas Chairman and CEO Sayan Navaratnam. “With this new contract, we have now established service relationships with two key U.S. cable providers in two of the most significant metropolitan markets in the Southeastern U.S. As with our New Orleans contract, we will be carrying out an employee-based operation with a strong emphasis on hiring and training locally. We also expect a positive response from our new customers in the U.S. to customer-centered practices. As our Canadian customers know, we pride ourselves on ensuring the installation experience is as convenient and informative as possible.”

This new relationship will represent Creative Vistas’ second contract this year with a major U.S. cable provider. Earlier this month, the Company reported that it had signed a two-year contract with one of the largest cable providers in the U.S. to serve customers in and around New Orleans, Louisiana. Today’s new contract announcement continues Creative Vistas’ rapid advance into American cable markets from its base in Canada, where its Cancable Division has long-established relationships with two of that nation’s largest cable providers, Rogers Cable and Cogeco.
