Press Release

Creative Vistas Enters U.S. Cable Market Through Agreement with Major U.S. Cable Company

Creative Vistas, Inc. today announced that it has signed a two-year service contract with one of the largest cable providers in the U.S. The contract marks Creative Vistas entry into the American cable and broadband market.

Under the contract, Creative Vistas Cancable division will provide installation and repair services for customers in and around New Orleans, including the parishes of Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard and St. Charles. The service area has a population of approximately 723,000, according to 2006 Census estimates. The contract extends to 2010.

Services being provided by Creative Vistas under the new contract include triple-play installation of video, voice and telephony, both new and reconnecting services, trouble-shooting of existing service problems and sales of new services to existing customers. The Company will also provide its certified trainers to launch the service program while working with locally-hired technicians who will undergo an intensive four-week training program. It also will use its business intelligence software, Webtracker IE, to track the quality of the service being provided and to give the cable operator online access to the data.

The signing of our first service contract with one of the top-tier U.S. cable providers could be one of the most important milestones so far in the Companys history, said Creative Vistas Chairman and CEO Sayan Navaratnam. It is a substantial, tangible, revenue-producing step in the execution of our strategy to take our highly successful cable and broadband provisioning business model into the huge cable markets of the U.S. Most significantly, it is a green-field expansion. Creative Vistas is entering the New Orleans and U.S. markets not by acquiring a new operating unit but by winning customers to its existing operating units.

Mr. Navaratnam continued, The new contract represents the companys first opportunity to use its proven business intelligence software in the U.S. We expect our BI technology to serve two key strategic aims -- to provide superior customer service in the U.S., and to market our own DependableHome suite of products and services. The execution of this contract is once again a testament to our excellent management team and employees
